Description

St. Louis Cemetery No. 1 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Opened in 1789, this is the oldest cemetery in New Orleans which still exist (the oldest is St. Peter Cemetery, which does not exist anymore). Despite it's relatively small size, there are thousands of people entombed here. This particular panorama was shot from a 30 ft (9 m) tall pole.
